LIFE LISTS

A life list—a list where you write the things you hope to do or accomplish before you die—can be a great tool for helping you get more out of each day.  Experts say that the very act of putting your goals on paper increases the chance you’ll achieve them.

While writing THE NEXT THING ON MY LIST, I talked to lots of people doing life lists.   I met a guy who wanted to go one week without swearing and a girl who was halfway to her goal of visiting every state. I encountered future skydivers, novelists, marathoners… and a photographer who’d pledged to snap a picture of his daughter every day (and was successfully doing so).

If you want to do a life list, I have tips here to help you along.  If a life list seems beyond your grasp—whether due to lack of time, money or even ideas—please join me on My Life List!
